ALTUSCIO NETWORKS AND INDIGO TECHNOLOGIES MERGE TO CREATE BROAD BASED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGED IT SERVICES COMPANY
5/8/09 -- Altuscio acquisition of Your Computer Guy, Inc.
(Atlanta, GA) August 14, 2009. Altuscio Networks (Altuscio), an Atlanta-based full service Information Technology (IT) company supporting small and medium sized business throughout the greater Atlanta area, announced the acquisition of Indigo Technologies, LLC (Indigo), an Atlanta-based managed IT solutions company. The combined company will provide a comprehensive suite of managed IT services, remote system monitoring packages, software and database design, business networking and support services, network design and cabling services, IT relocation services, server maintenance and repair, as well as complete telephony system support and other services.
Altuscio Networks is a locally owned and operated company founded in 2000 by Ben Silliman, who will serve as CEO of the combined firm. From inception, Altuscio has grown to support more than 1000 clients throughout the metro Atlanta area. Indigo Technologies, LLC was founded by Tom Raymond and Gregory Geodakyan, who will serve as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Integration & Development respectively, for the combined firm. Over the years, Indigo has served hundreds of small and medium-size businesses, providing effective and reliable managed IT solutions.
