Atlanta, GA May 8, 2009 -- Altuscio Networks (Altuscio), an Atlanta-based full service Information Technology (IT) company supporting small and medium sized business throughout the greater Atlanta area, announced the acquisition of Your Computer Guy, Inc. (YCG), an Atlanta-based IT solutions company. The combined company will provide a comprehensive suite of managed IT services, remote system monitoring packages, software and database design, business networking and support services, network design and cabling services, IT relocation services, server maintenance and repair, as well as complete telephony system support and other specialty services.
Altuscio Networks is a locally owned and operated company founded in 2000 by Ben Silliman, who will serve as CEO of the combined firm. From inception, Altuscio has grown to support more than 500 clients throughout the metro Atlanta area. Your Computer Guy, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Dan Iverson, who will serve as Senior Systems Engineer for the combined firm. Since opening, YCG has served hundreds of small and medium-size businesses, providing efficient and affordable IT solutions.
